Siyavula (Shuttleworth Foundation seeded project) have just launched a mobile version of the Siyavula Grade 10, 11 and 12 Mathematics and Physical Science WebBooks for learners to read for free on their mobile phones. This means that never again would they have to be without access to a curriculum aligned textbook. Whether in the bus, at home or in class, they can read it on any WAP-enabled (capable of running MXit) mobile phone.

The same Siyavula WebBook Series also features mobile textbooks for Grade 10, 11 and 12 Physical Science as well as a CAPS aligned 2012 version for Grade 10 Mathematics and Physical Science. We would like to encourage educators to make their learners aware of this resource which is now available to them.
