Past Pupils

Welcome to Fairmont Past Pupils. The Fairmont Past Pupils Association (FPPA) has gone through cycles of highs and lows over the years, however we are now in a position to make a positive impact going forward.
We do however require assistance as it is an impossible task to run this on your own. If you are willing to act as a co-ordinator for your respective matric year please e-mail me your contact details so that I can chat to you about what is required. The co-ordination would entail maintaining the database of contact details for your year, setting up a small committee to organise your reunion and then communicating reunion details to your classmates. In addition you would represent your year on the FPPA committee.
Last year we started what we hope to become an annual event. Annually the school hosts a Past Pupils Sports Day in September and a decision was taken to hold a General Past Pupils Reunion around the same time. Last year the reunion took place the night before the games which proved to be a bit problematic for a few of the “older” past pupils so this year we are scheduling the reunion for the Saturday after the games.
A Past Pupils registration form has been set up and I urge all Past Pupils to please complete this registration form so that we can maintain an accurate and up-to-date database. This information will only be used by the FPPA in order to keep in contact with Past Pupils and will not be distributed to any other parties.
Going forward we would like to compile and send out a Past Pupils Newsletter every quarter. I would love to profile a Past Pupil in each newsletter so if you are prepared to share what has happened in your life since you left Fairmont please send me your story.
If you have any questions, suggestions etc please contact me either via e-mail
